General House Cleaning

All of our cleans get the utmost attention to care and detail with the respect to every owners request.

Standard cleans include:

Kitchen-    

• complete wash of all counter tops

• outside cupboards

• outside of all appliances

• inside of windows where reachable.

• vacuum

• mop

Bathrooms-

• Clean all windows

• Clean all mirrors

• wash   outside of all vanities and counters

• Clean toilet inside and out

• Clean showers and tubs

• vacuum

• mop

Bedrooms-

• Clean any marks on windows or mirrors

• dust

• vacuum

Note: beds are an extra charge and we do not do laundry.

The Rest of the home

• Dust

• vacuum mop

For extras there is a minimum charge of $20 depending on hour much time.

Construction Cleaning

$60/hr  credit card upon booking

Included in a Construction clean are:

Bedroom, Living Room & Common Areas

•  Dust all accesable serfaces

• wipe down all mirrors and fixtures

• wash all widows inside

• vacuum

• wash all floors

NOTE:  the home may need to be cleaned several times depending on the construction cleanup.  We only offer final cleans.
